Pre-registered Storytimes
Spring 2010 Programs
Classes start April 6th.
- Babytime, Tales for Twos, and Preschool Storytime are offered in the Spring, Fall and Winter for eight weeks
- Selection is by ballot and class lists will be posted in the children's department the week after registration. Preference is given to children who have not previously attended a session.
- Each child is registered for only one class.
- Waiting lists will be compiled and those children given priority for the next sessions.
- Register online or in-person during registration week.
Babytime
Babytime is a program of stories, songs, movement and rhymes. Both baby and caregiver participate in this class.
- Ages 6 months to 23 months and their caregiver
- Twelve babies per class
- Eight sessions, thirty minutes in length
- Pre-registration required

Tales for twos
Tales for Twos is a lively 30 minute introduction to books and the library for 2 year olds and their caregiver.
- Twelve children per class

Preschool Storytime
Preschool Storytime is a lively 35 - 40 minute program of stories, rhymes, games and films for 3 to 5 year olds. Caregivers may accompany children. If not sitting in, caregivers should remain in the library.

). Offered presently @ the Main Library and begins @ Beaty Branch in January 2010. - Teddy Bear Time, and Family Storytime (Tuesday Morning Sessions) are offered in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter for eight weeks (7 weeks in Summer)

An after school library club for kids 8 to 12 years old
