Access over 200,000 digital newspaper pages and over 440,000 index entries covering the region of Halton. Includes births, marriages and deaths and articles appearing in the Acton Free Press, Burlington Gazette, Canadian Champion, Georgetown Herald and others.

Once you have found your citation, visit the Main Library and read the newspaper on microfilm.

Alternatively, the library can make copies of the actual notices from the Canadian Champion at a cost of $10.00 for the first citation and $5.00 for each subsequent citation up to five requests. Contact our Information Desk for this service. Please include your mailing address in the email.
